Phoenix Wallpaper Hanger provides professional wallpaper installation, removal, and related services throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. Our services include:

  • Commercial wallpaper installation
  • Luxury and custom wallpaper installation
  • Wallpaper removal
  • Wall preparation and repair

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Actual wall conditions discovered during the project
  • Changes to the scope of work requested by the client
  • Additional preparation required beyond initial assessment
  • Wallpaper pattern matching requirements

We will communicate any pricing changes before proceeding with additional work.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a project is scheduled:

  • We require 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the project scope
  • Ensuring access to the work area on scheduled dates
  • Moving furniture and personal items from the work area (unless otherwise arranged)
  • Providing wallpaper materials (unless included in the service agreement)
  • Ensuring adequate lighting and ventilation in the work area

Warranty

Phoenix Wallpaper Hanger stands behind our workmanship. We offer:

  • A workmanship warranty on all installations
  • Free touch-ups for any installation issues reported within 30 days
  • Guidance on proper wallpaper care and maintenance

Warranty does not cover damage caused by client negligence, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

Phoenix Wallpaper Hanger's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing wall conditions or defects
  • Damage to wallpaper caused by manufacturing defects
  • Consequential or incidental damages
  • Delays beyond our reasonable control

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • A deposit may be required for large projects
  • Final payment is due upon completion of the project
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
